As far as grapefruits go they are a bit like marmite... you either love them or hate them!
I have recently gained a new fondness for them and found myself somewhat distraught that I'd forgotten them whist shopping, meaning yesterday I didn't have my morning dose of the big juicy fruit...
I was amazed at the benefits these fruits have not only from a weight loss point of view but on general health and wellbeing...
*Boost metabolism
*Help combat obesity
*Improve insulin resistance
*Reduce cellulite
*Help fight cancer
*Boost Immunity
*Reduce risk of stroke
*Help prevent skin from sun damage
*Enhance skin health and appearance
The benefits I think you will agree are outstanding, but how do you actually eat the damn thing!?!?!...
Do you peel it??? Cut it in half and take your chance with a spoon taking several tear jerking shots in the eye before giving up and reaching for the crunchy nut...
Well I think I have the answer chunky slices are the way to go... cut thick slice as you would an orange, cut into the slice as if you were going to garnish a glass with it but open the slice from this point and you have perfect bite sized triangles without the bitter pith and tears
