Yeah - to achieve those kind of levels, I think it has to be the #1 priority in life.
I remember when I was a teenager, training 3-4 hours per day. Pretty much my life was school, Taekwondo, Sleep. Those were different days.... After I became an instructor, my personal training slowed down a LOT, eventually to the point where I wasn't training for myself anymore - just enough to maintain pace with my students, which eventually led me to stop altogether.
After my long break (4 years), and coming back.. I realize that training for myself has to come first, or I'm going to burn out again, which is NOT what I want to do. (and one of the reasons I only have 2 students that I claim as my own right now).

that is amazing. i'm happy if i even squeeze 20 minutes of practice a day in on my own LOL. it's hard when you have to work and deal with all the other life things. i don't know how you guys with kids do it all = impressive.1

No kidding -time to practice is VERY precious to me..
I'm lucky to get 8 hours per week, instead of per day like this guy. LOL1
