Seminars

We had a seminar this weekend with a high level and pretty well known BJJ black belt. What I love about my gym in a smallish city in the South, is how often they bring in people that at gyms in similar sized cities would not or could not bring in (mostly cost).
We are not "required" to attend seminars though it is encouraged and we usually have a good turnout. They are almost always opened to other gyms (can't remember one that wasn't) and run from $75 on the high end to $25 on the low end.
How are seminars handled at your gym if you have them?

I have attended a few seminars, and taught at 1.. Not a huge fan to be honest. I only go if required or if it is something really interesting.0
