    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • I was a couch potato yesterday. I spent the day watching college football.
    • Emma got a package yesterday that said 'subwoofer' on the box and promptly hid it a way. My birthday is coming up. Hmmm. Of course, she is a woofer so her getting a subwoofer makes total sense.
    • Heading off to the early service at church. Not working today.

    Good Morning!

Dennis, I hope that you are enjoying your retirement!

Connie and I spent the day yesterday purging. Our basement and garage are a mess! We took one pickup and two car loads of stuff to Salvation Army. One layer gone!! I am determined to declutter.

Last Sunday, I hurt myself running. That seems to be the pattern with me. I so hoped that it would not happen this time. I think that I really am going to just have to say that I don't run any more. I can walk, lift weights, and ride a bike (outside, and stationary). I am frustrated, but it is what it is.

I hope that everyone has a great day!

    Good one Dennis.
Steve, how are things with your son?
Still painting trim. Man, lots of it.

    Good Morning BBB.
Wow, those Dodgers have an amazing team - even though I am a Cubs fan I am impressed!
Dennis - that Emma is quite sneaky.
Steve - the way I figure it that there are still lots of things you can do and being active it the key.
Kelly - prep and trim painting are soooooo time consuming.
Lee - thinking of you and AB.
    Do good out there everyone.

    Morning~

Long night with DFIL. To the ER at 2a (its always middle of the night isn't it)....admitted with pneumonia. Ugh.....
Good luck running AB today, Doc!
Steve - like you, I loathe clutter!
Subwoofer for Emma? She doesn't strike me as a hip hop pup....hahaaa

Maybe some Nascar in my future afternoon plans.....

    Cheers

    Good morning BBB.

Not a good weekend for college football, at least in the PNW, as all four teams lost. Bummer.

I spent most of yesterday making shavings. I still have a huge pile of cherry, hazelnut and maple wood to break down into bowl blanks and rough turn. Keeps me busy. Rita keeps spready the shavings in the yard. We'll save money on the annual mulching of the flower beds, for sure.

Sorry about your DFIL, Skip. Hope he has a swift recovery.

    Morning bbb

Except for a few errands we had a lazy day too. It was a stressful week of hurry up and wait on the executives that feed me the info I translate to the stores. It was nice to not even check email all day.

Today needs to be a costco run, food prep and replacing the kitchen light. Nothing fancy just the ballest for the fluorescents. I would prefer to replace with something nicer looking but juice not worth the squeeze

    Morning BBB
    Emma the online shopper!
    Nice dinner last night.
Decluttering and keeping it that way is an amazing feeling. Less so much better.
Both my Big 10 teams pulled wins!
Windy rainy here, the leaves are coming down quick.
Hope your dfil gets well soon, skip.
    Go AB!

Emma is gonna rock the house! Woof! I hope your service was inspiring, Dennis!
Decluttering is SO therapeutic, Steve. We do a meeting every year on it at WW, and in one of the first ones a member defined clutter as "delayed decisions". That totally resonated with me, and it explains why clutter can be so stress-inducing. As you let go of those things, you are set free. I loathe clutter.
Raine, I can't wait to see what puppy gets to have you!
Skip, that stinks. I hope you get a nap in today.

I'm mc-ing the service tonight, as well as doing the music. The pastor is out of town. I wish I could come up with something funny to do ... hmmm ...
