I saw a few people mentioned playing an instrument in their introductory post, but I'm curious as to who was/is a band geek.

I play piano and guitar. I wasn't in the band, per se, since I took individual lessons, but always felt like a band geek.

    Oh Oh me! Violin, Flute, Piano, Choir and then I dropped all of them sophomore year for Musical Theatre and Jazz Choir

    I was in choir. :sad:

    Our high school was stupid and made us choose between band, choir, and study hall. Sometimes we could get choir and study hall, but rarely. I did for two years.

    Over the years, I've done Violin, Viola, Clarinet, and Alto Sax.
    But never stuck with any of them. I like to mess around on the piano/keyboard when I'm alone though.

    I play the flute, piccolo and saxophone. I'm in several orchestras/bands, and the highlight of my career was playing at Buckingham Palace :)

    Unfortunately I moved around a lot as a kid so never got to stick with anything too long, but I was in Choir, Orchestra (Viola), and Band (Trumpet) at various times at various schools.

    Hmmmm..heard about you choir girls! Drummer through high school; jazz band, orchestra, marching band; section leader and Band President senior year! BOOYAH!

    I played the trombone throughout HS. I learned to play to piano, violin and saxophone afterwards.

    I played bassoon... that's what all the hot girls played... seriously.

    Not really, but we were all tall...

    other than that it was percussion and choir.
