OK folks, let's do this! These are the rules, and everything is on the honor system. Remember, if you cheat, you're only cheating yourself! We'll be competing on three fronts; weight, exercise and food logging. Weigh ins will be weekly, and you'll post the percentage of weight lost each week. (I'll include how to calculate in the rules.) Exercise will simply be the number of days in the previous week that you logged exercise. Food logging will be the total number of days you completed your food diary.

1. Challenge starts on Monday, October 16, 2017. You will weigh yourself on that day and that will be your starting weight.
2. Weigh ins will be every Monday going forward. You will post your percentage weight lost each week for the group to see.

Starting Weight - Current Weight = Change In Weight
Change In Weight / Starting Weight = Percentage Weight Lost

For Example: John Doe's starting weight is 165, his current weight is 161.4
165 - 161.4 = 3.6
3.6 / 165 = .02182
0.02182 = 2.182%

3. Each Monday by the end of the day you will post in the group your percentage of weight lost, number of days you logged exercise, and number of days you completed your food diary.

We'll go through the end of the year. Prizes are TBD. GOOD LUCK!
