So I've managed to get my depression to a manageable level over the last 2 months, but I still have moments where I get very upset and turn to food (which is much better than what I use to turn to). I also have days where I get very depressed for absolutely no reason, the feeling hits without warning but then leave just as randomly. It's hard on me but I know it's even harder for my boyfriend. Does any one else experience something like this and/or have tips to help?
