Hi Everyone

I just joined the group! I started using MFP again after a long absence and have resolved to actually be right to myself this time.

Quick intro - I am 36 MtF, been on HRT for 7 months now but having problems getting levels right still. I'm overweight by a bunch and would love to at least lose 80 pounds.

I hope people are still around! I don't know what I am expecting but the first important thing is actually letting it out that I am trying to make even more a difference in myself than just transition alone.

My schedule is so busy that I am expecting way too many microwave meals in the near future, but going to be working on getting out of that rut here once my schedule dies down. I have also started at least doing 20-30 minutes of cardio (stationary bike) in the mornings before my morning shower. I hope to evolve into more once I can get these habits down.
