Hello: 50 with 100 lbs to lose

Hello everyone. I turned 50 in May. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 295 lbs. According to my doctor I should lose 125 pounds. I would be happy to lose 70 pounds. I am looking at a long journey. I cannot walk much right now, due to a stress fracture in my left foot. Ironically, caused by too much walking in June. I plan to include a number of processes along this journey, juicing, low carbs, weight lifting, starting out at 1400 calories a day and 100 ounces of water per day. Please share your journey. I am finding my inner Goddess.
