Does anyone know how I can add the number of steps I do in a day to my exercise log?

Hi Becky,
You cannot manually enter them, but you can enable your iPhone as the step source for MyFitnessPal. By doing this you will automatically receive calorie burn credit for your activity.
To do this go to the More menu in the app, and tap steps > iPhone.
Hope that helps.0
