    Here are two more photos taken in the Catie Botanical Gardens nearby.
    The UAC discussions are set up in an awkward way in that each discussion must be opened by someone. @craigo3154 and I try to get the day’s discussion open before you all arrive to do your daily reports.

    Tracking: yes, and my town had a big Christmas Market and Christmas lights switch in today. We shared churros and I had just half a piece. Passed on the mulled wine and mince pies.

    Early long walk. Was at the Milton Keynes Peace Pagoda at dawn.

    Flying home, so posting entry from in transit. Two short days with only airport meals. Will be way under as I am avoiding all wheat based products (and added sugar products, like soda). Leaves not much else, so protien bars are the top up.

    Looking forward to getting home.

    Abs workout and Zumba. Tracking and calories fine. @RangerRickL I getting used to your gorgeous daily pictures. It will be disappointing when they stop!

    YES. GOT MY DAD AND MY HUSBAND TO GO HIKING WITH ME AT A CONVERSATION AREA. WALKED FOR AN HOUR AND 28 MINUTES MOSTLY ON AN ADVANCED TRAIL. THE HILLS WERE TOUGH!!!!!

    I DON'T THINK SO.

    NO. PLAN TO GET BACK TO IT TOMORROW.

    00ps, that post was for yesterday! I actually got back on track and made it today.
    8,572 steps, over 1 hour active, and well under on calories. Everything logged.
