    Can't remember if I posted so I'm doing it now.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 20 minutes of aerobics

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    I definitely sabotage the good work of exercise/activity with poor eating. I enjoy working out but my job causes me to work late which causes me to eat. I eat when I am tired. Going to see a Health Coach next week to work on my diet. (Good post!)
