Exercise: Yes, chest and triceps.. wasn't my best workout, but it was a workout nonetheless.

I was on call last night, and did get called in to work after having worked all day. Was up until 2AM. It was my day off, today, and I managed to get in a workout.
Exercise: yes, 75 minutes of circuit training and then 82 minutes of power walking, with my neighbour, tonight.
Calories: yes, I'm under.
Tracking: yes, everything.
NSV: we have a big a** bag of Halloween candy left over. Typically, I would have been halfway through it by now. My NSV is that my nutrition is so well rounded, that I haven't been tempted by those little chocolates. However, if I want two or a few--I will have them2 -

After not logging all my meals (definitely overeating) in quite some time and not consistently exercising, I'm really surprised by how easy it has been for me to get right back on track.2 -

Yes, about an hour, although I accidentally told my Fitbit to update in the middle of my walk so I'm missing a good mile or so.
