As of this morning I haven't dropped a pound (after only 3 days) BUT, ladies, I have dropped 4 INCHES already!!! 1 on my waist the rest on my thighs. So don't get discouraged!! Also, my rings are looser than before, which is a good sign I'm dropping weight, too. Keep up the great work!!

Yep lost another inch off my belly. Slowing down a bit since I've backed off with hubby's foot problems.

i am having a very hard time not getting discouraged about my weight loss. when i changed the way i ate and started exercising (7 weeks ago) i lost 7 lbs in two weeks. ive lost 1 lb since then. i realize overall that this is still a good and healthy weight loss for that time but i really was hoping for more. hopefully with the 30DS i will see some more results. day 6 today

You lost 7 lbs initially of mostly water weight. Everyone does in the beginning. Doing the DVD, you may not lose, especially if you didn't have much muscle mass before. Because you are gaining a hack of a lot of muscle and losing the flab. I've decided now I'm more worried about being toned and at a healthy weight than the numbers on the scale.

I've given up on the scale, it can't make up it's mind about my weight anymore and so I don't want to hear from it! I'm focusing on grabbing water instead of mountain dew, getting though the shred and inches lost. I admit though, that when I fall on my face while trying to get through the push ups...I get a little discouraged. But then I try to think about how in the beginning I could only do 2-3 and now I can do 15 (girly pushups of course). I did find a program to get me from 0-20 reg pushups so I'm going to start that too.
