Runkeeper - Training plans

I have been using Runkeeper to track my runs since I got my first iphone back in 2010, love the app. Today I joined a training plan called Running for Fat Loss, kind of excited to see how I manage that! It starts out with a few steady 30 minute runs and then throws in some interval runs. Looking forward to just changing it up a bit :smile:
