Goals for November

This week - 10 mins each day on mini trampoline
Nov 1 - 1.86 miles - tried a new recipe with ground turkey. Yummy!
Nov 2 - 4.60 miles - 10146 steps (1/15)
Nov 3 - 1.85 miles
Nov 4 - 3.80 miles
Nov 5 - 3.35 miles
Nov 6 - 3.18 miles
Nov 7 - 3.51 miles
Nov 8 - 3.42 miles
Home finally... 4 days of oh so close to 10,000 steps. I was the moral support for my SIL while she had her a-fib fixed in her heart. So 3 days at the Mazenkowski heart center in Edmonton, lots of pacing. (but not enough for 10,000 steps )
Today, I am the sick bay for my little grandson. And this morning it is -18 degrees Celsius!!!!! Texasgardnr we won't be planting any cool weather flowers for 6 months

I hope your sister-in-law is on the mend now and your grandson too. You have a full plate. In spite of that you were able to get in those miles!

@Lilymay2, I googled a quick conversion to F for your temperature and.... brrrrr you are really cold -18 degrees Celsius = -0.4 F. you can't even dig into the ground to plant anything .
I also hope your sister-in-law is recovering nicely and that your grandson is well too. You have been really busy indeed!
@AnnofB, yesterday and today it was low 50s here also, and that is plenty cold for me lol. But it is really nice after all the hot days of summer. I do enjoy our autumn/ winter. I get to open the windows! except when we get our freezes. We are forecast to be creeping back up to the low 80s by end of next week.

It got up into 60's here today but supposed to get down to 31 tonight. I'm loving it. It's funny but it always seems to warm up here the week of Thanksgiving.1 -
