Hi everyone, I use to love fitness blender so I know how addictive there workouts can be and how great they make you feel but I’m really struggling to get back into working out, what’s your fave go to workout to kick start? Sometimes I think about doing a workout and just think of all them burpees and squats and I give up before I start.

I usually start with the workouts that don't include the burpee's and squats. You can also pick the low impact workouts they usually don't include them. With every workout you will feel stronger and stronger and you will eventually want to do the dreaded burpees/squats. At least that was my experience. Good luck, you can do it!0
