We all had our share of ups and downs this month, some of us soared above and beyond what we thought we were capable of and some of us leaned on our team for the support we need during our struggles. We are proud of each and every one of you whether you came out on top, gained, or maintained for this month. Sadly I am away on a vacation and can't check in my weight or read the posts regularly, so I completely missed the October end posts. It's gone even before the 31st October!!
