I haven't read anything new in Martial arts recently...
Does anybody have anything they recommend?

I am compelled to nominate Sharps by K.J. Parker.

It's a (non-magical) fantasy novel which discusses fencing in detail, as it follows the main characters on a diplomatically protected sporting tour of a neighbouring country. The author fences as a hobby, and I developed the impression he had taken a great deal of care with the technical minutiae, as well as the plot as a whole. I would recommend it to anyone who relishes the combination of fantasy, political intrigue and cynical commentary on humanity, but the scenes focusing on the fencing matches might be especially interesting to anyone who has an enthusiasm for martial arts.
