Logging failures

I was feeling particularly awful this morning and ate a dozen vanilla wafers that my husband bought. At first I thought that this is too hard I’ll just be fat. Then I scewed up my courage and recorded the failure. Turned out it wasn’t too bad calorie-wise so I decided to keep going. When we fail we start over every time. I think that is the only way. Thoughts?
