I think it is and wanted to start saving PF I like for easy reference. It is between 80 and 120 cal, Has 15 protein but I added in artichoke and tomatoes that brought in fiber. Can we have fiber with the morning snack?

Janet that looks like it’ll fit just fine! Never thought or heard of putting artichoke hearts in cottage cheese! As for your fiber question, absolutely you can introduce fiber too. Actually you can even have it and count it st another time even as a SC since the fiber is there.1

Thanks!, I love artichokes. I put them in lots of things. I sprinkle this combo with trader joes "Everything but the bagel" seasoning and a touch of truffle zest and YMU YUM. Very filling and fast to do.

Thanks for sharing your "recipe!" I like to add jalapenos and tomatoes to my cottage cheese for a snack, but I'm definitely going to have to try this one next time.0
