    Morning BBB

Just about to board my flight to Madison via Chicago. Going to be a busy week.

FIL texted last night to tell us about MIL in hospital. They don’t live together butvje knows we are sometimes left in the dark.

    Good Morning,
    Warming up, should be 60's.
    Steph, nice pictures.
Raine, give me a call when up.
Torn tendons in wrist, trying injections for now; one is still holding on by thread, hoping it will heal, Dr. does not give lots of hope and does not want to do surgery with heart and meds. Will check again December.
Kelly's looking forward to not having to play nurse; congrats to Riley.
Mary, send pictures of new office.
    Enjoy the Day,
    Sam I am

    Mornin' BBB.

    Beat me to it, Sam.

Up and out early yesterday. Had to drop off me wee truck to body shop. Enterprise had a brand new F150 Lariat ready for me. Too many bells and whistles for me. I will say that the electronic seat adjustment is very nice. It allowed me to position my R hip angle so that my R leg didn't ache. A reason I like using cruise control on the highway so I can stretch out my R leg.

Babe is in Austin, MN. Billy called last night.

Dennis, you are indeed a true poster boy. Picture please.

Steph, love the scrap booking. Great selfie shot page.

Steve, how did DMIL come out yesterday?
Will continue prayers and Steph will add your DMIL.
Dave, how's it turning? It is one thing fiddling and playing another being obligated.

Welcome home, Steve. Glad it was a great trip. Sorry about DMIL. Prayers.

Agree with you, Dave. Retirement should be about doing things at your own pace and convenience.

    Good Morning!

DMIL is going home today. She has output of 39% on her heart. She has told so many lies to the various people trying to help her that they have ended up doing nothing. She can be a cranky ol' bird. Connie is so angry that she just wants to distance herself from her mom. DMIL is 80.

Fighting a nice little cold. I touched so many things on vacation that I really am not surprised that this is going on. I hope it is short lived.

Have a great day! Thank you all for the prayers for mom.

    Good morning BBB.

Almost done turning the solid wood vessels. Next I have to do the same number in stacked and glued plywood. That is going to go a lot slower, I fear.

My monthly woodturners club meeting is tonight. It will be nice to contemplate turning for fun.

Sam, I partially tore a tendon in my wrist in '98 and the doc advised to just wait and see if it would heal on its own. I had to do pushups on my fist, since it hurt too much to push down on the palm of my hand. It still hurts.

    Morning BBB

Hope everyone starts to feel better. I got a flu shot 2 weeks ago, no idea if it will help, but I hope so.

Welcome to Wisconsin Steph. DS2 did his undergrad at UW Madison, great town! Enjoy!

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Coffee, Donuts and chit-chat with the neighbors at the Clubhouse this morning.
    • WI in at lunch today. I guess I shouldn't have had the donut.
    • Take care of yourself Sam. I hope that's not the calculator running wrist.
    • Dave, I have a Byrd's song in my mind. Turn! Turn! Turn!
    • I'm with Lou.

    Good morning.

As long as we're talking about aches and pains... 3 days of painting has done me in. Back, shoulders and shins. Shins? Yes. A lot of up and down on the ladder in socks will do that, apparently.

    Interview tomorrow morning.

    Rock that interview, Lou!
Dennis, now I'm singing that song, too. Thank you.
David, you wrote, "I had to do pushups on my fist" ... see, that's not at all how I would have responded to that injury. You da man!
Steve and Skip, feel better soon! Rest.
Mary, stay healthy! I am, too. We can be the not-sick-club.
Babe is a woman of the world! I hope you get to see lots of pics of her in these cool places, Lee!
Sam, does the wrist injury mean you can't do your yoga?
Raine, I saw you called recently. Everything okay?

Nothing too exciting here. Working on Sunday's message, cleaning, laundry, have a WW meeting later. This week is the big Thanksgiving topic, which is always super-easy. Yesterday's meeting was fabulous.

It has to be pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, otherwise I'd go with Key lime pie. Although, after my WW meeting today I realized I can eat a full meal for the points in a slice of pie. BTW, I now have a full set of WW Thanksgiving plates.

Then I just posted a long one and it disappeared. Not meant to be.
