Hey everyone! I just wanted to write an apology thread due to my lack of posting, support and motivation.

I have not been able to post any challenges or weigh ins lately for a multitude of reasons that you guys probably don't want to hear about. Busy.. lack of motivation.. just didn't feel like logging on.. each day had a different reason. I realize those are excuses and of course, I am working those out of my system. I've honestly just fell off the wagon. I hate having to post everything I eat. I hate measuring it. I hate limiting myself. So I figured, this is a lifestyle change.. right? Why not just keep the change and continue living? No one said I needed to report every little calorie to be healthy - do it, don't say it!

This all happened because about a week ago I had a complete low point. I was planning on eating away the pain. I got my dinner ready, cooked and served only to realize my big binge was about a half a cup of black beans, half a cup of quinoa, and a mushroom, onion and pork saute that had around 3 oz of meat but the rest was veggies..

I realized I taught myself proportions and made those healthy foods my go to meal!

Despite the fact that my lack of self control over the ice cream that is constantly brought into this house stops me from losing weight - I'm still one step closer with my healthy meal eating and portion control.

I changed my lifestyle 1/3 of the way. (1/3 meals, 1/3 snacks, 1/3 exercise.)

So anyway, enough about me. I just felt I owed you all an apology. I hope you're all doing well! I hope you all haven't given up and I hope you all the best in life!
