Alta HR not syncing

So my food diary from MFP has stopped syncing over this morning. Even on the rest of the days 10 days worth since I’ve had it all calories have disappeared. I have unpaired and repaired, forced sync, Bluetooth off and on and WiFi, uninstall and reinstall. Nothing has worked apart from the Fitbit reset which started showing calories for today but showing the same for all other days too.
I have emailed MFP. Any ideas in the mean time? I am thinking of sending this fitbit back and getting a refund.

Good luck with that - I have contacted them 3 times with my sync issues and they can not even begin to help.0
