Take the Long View:
A number of our team mates are taking a short time-out due to the holidays. That is okay. The UAC is all about the long-view. If you take the long view and your habits are healthy, then a time-out will not be a big issue.

Exercised?: Yes. 4 hours Christmas shopping in packed shopping centers with wife and daughter (over 10,000 steps for the day)
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Could not get out for usual walk, but active for the day, so counting it as Exercise (definitely put the body under stress away from the comforts of home).
Well under on calories too.

Heh, that is a cool picture. I was looking at that from my vantage up on the Colorado Plateau this past Sunday. I was 50 or 60 miles away but I could squint my eyes and see them formations. Heh, binoculars. Didn't take no pictures. Ain't got telephoto. Shoulda just drove there. That would have been an hour each way additional. I guess I was tired of driving.
Today I got ambitious and climbed for two Eiffels. It was kind of cold 20F (-7C). I always get sweat soaked climbing like that. Heck of a deal when it is below freezing.
There is a creek by there that has got me all confused. At a low elevation kind of by where I park the car, it is frozen nearly solid. Then I climb up for a couple of miles and it ain't frozen at all. It is open water. Then I climb up a bit more and it is frozen mostly solid again. I am going to take a thermometer next time I go. See how warm that water is where it ain't frozen. Maybe it is warm enough to take a soak in.
Did that climb in 99 minutes and HR avg of 125. Best I ever done it was 84 minutes. I don't think I can ever do that again. I am getting slower and slower and thinking that I don't even want to go that far anymore. I guess I better start eating less.6 -
Got more snow so I had to shovel. It was the wet heavy stuff so like Bob I was sweating up a storm when I was finished. I blame my coworkers who wanted snow for Xmas. I was happy doing my aerobics but I should have some incredible upper body strength if this keeps up. Yes x38

Yes x 3 45 minutes of exercise videos. Not such a pleasant day outside today. Rain, freezing rain this morning, snow this afternoon. Tried to roll some snowballs to make a snowman and it just didn't pack well enough. Did take a boring 20 minute walk in the snow though...boring because the roads were treacherous...so just walked across the street and did laps around the animal hospital driveways and parking lots after the business closed for the day.3

I had the most exercise in one day since this summer. 20 minutes of Active Stretching, followed by 55 minutes of cardio/strength. My personal best for since last spring, 234 push ups (3 styles of push up) during my intervals. 1004 skips on my jump rope doing Every Minute on the Minute intervals.
