@craigo3154 seems to be our only current member who is enjoying summer, while the rest of us are now 'enjoying' winter. Although @2020pinktogo does not seem to happy with her Buffalo, NY blizzards.

Very warm today (36C - 97F). Early walk before the heat. Flying to Brisbane tomorrow so early start (will not have chance to do usual walk, but will make it up later).
Overnight is only due to drop to 21C (70F).
Thank you to @RangerRickL. For the poke. Have been so wrapped up in work, have not been posting (but have been walking, exercising and tracking - yay for habits).

So plow guy yesterday took out our mail box. I really don't like him nor do I like winter but Dec is almost over so just a few more months. Yes x 3 for yesterday4

@craigo3154 is in a wonderful part of the world. We were fortunate to have visited AU and NZ in Feb 2013 when DH attended the World Veterinary Congress in Auckland. We only skimmed the surface during our adventure; but highly recommend a visit for anyone who hasn't been there.1

Despite being sick for all of this month so far...I've been staying on plan...some days too low in calories ...others too much peamut butter bit all in all...I've found a bit of a groove.

3 Yes for me, barely. Plenty of walking but close on calories. I have put my goal up a little as my visitor arrives tomorrow (all being well) and I want to build in a little leeway. Was tempted to stop tracking and weighing (I weigh daily) but for me that would be a slippery slope - also I would have to come on here and confess! So thanks all for keeping my good routine going.2

Took my mum to Skywalk on the Hualapai Reservation in Arizona. We got to the front door and she tripped over a mat. I managed to break her fall and stop her going flat on the ground but it shook her up. She’s 82 and as I want her to make it to 83, we rested a while, got back in the car and came home.
It’s a 5hr round trip so we ended up enjoying the mountainous scenery and watch the sunset over the mountains. There really isn’t anything more beautiful (to me). Glad I got to enjoy it with her.3 -

Sorry to be behind. Trying to get ready for a vacation. Yes @RangerRickL it seems winter has set in. We will get a temporary reprieve from the cold for a week as we enjoy our week in Cabo starting tomorrow. I am soooo ready. Because of several health issues (better now yeah!) we haven't been able to have a Real vacation for a couple of years. I only have only used one pass day so far so determined to keep things in check.
