When I started the UAC, I just wanted someone with whom to share accountability around the healthy habits of being thoughtful about our intake of calories; being intentional about getting at least a modest amount of exercise; and tracking the above.
I did not expect to be so inspired by so many of you! Thank you for sharing your journey.

@120Maggie it must be the snow system we are getting I too could not control my migraine yesterday and this morning. I think next year I will be looking for someone to do our drive way. This is getting to be too much and the snow blower my husband bought is a piece of junk I usually give up and just shovel. Only good thing is it burns alot of calories.1

I do find being part of this group inspiring, and very supportive. It encourages me to make the effort even when I'm not really feeling like it. No snow here, but it has been raining on and off all day, so not conducive to doing much outside. I did manage some exercise with the puppy though, so Yes x 3 for me.
Sympathies to anyone suffering from migraines. I have only had 2 proper migraines in my life and would never wish for any more!4 -

Yes x 3. Dinner has been served. Kitchen is off limits...and tomorrow is another day to wish everyone success! 30 minutes low impact aerobics, again, today. Might change up my YouTube exercise video of choice to add some additional minutes later this evening.3

Just completed another 25 minutes of exercise with light weights...I mean REALLY light weights 3# each...emphasizing chest, arms and back. Wondering what the repercussions might be come tomorrow morning.2

@2020pinktogo yup weather plays havoc on my head! Our big snow is yet to come. Did a ski conditioning work out this morning. Tracked and under calories. It was an accomplishment today. This time of year vendors are sending the goodie baskets and trays. I limited myself to only homemade. But we are in an Amish community so vendors pick up from home bakeries so it is essentially homemade. We had so much stuff in the kitchen today !!1

Quite a bit of snow today but went to the gym and did my second day of C25K.
Exercise : 30 mins on treadmill, 10 on elliptical and some weights

Good day overall! 2 workouts in so well over exercise goal! Logged and under calories too. Would have been a great day instead of just good if that dang crispy bar hadn’t made its way in my mouth!3

@2020pinktogo my friends parents live in Albany and they pay someone an annual fee to plough their drive. All they have to do then is make the phonecall. I saw The Bills game on telly, brrrrrrrr!
Family outing to Pioneer Saloon and then onto Sunset Station for an afternoon libation with my sister and brother in law

@LoraineGB We live on top of hill 6 years ago they cut out part of the hill which makes our driveway more of valley with a steep incline. I have had people come look but they take a look and say no. Or they know the guy who in a blizzard took it wrong and he damaged his truck and broke a rib. Before that we had a flat driveway. I need to find someone who can see everything without snow and map a plan.0
