@2020pinktogo and some of you other Lake Erie lake effect folks really get lots of snow. Today, we had our second light snow of the season. We get about snowfalls and blizzards, but nothing like the east side of the Great Lakes.

Exercise mostly indoors today, due to miserable weather, but still got some puppy-chasing in between the showers. So 3 Yes for me. Hope everyone is having a good day.

Migraine last night. Slept late. I hate missing church during Advent. Logged and under calories but very limited activity. Was going to take a pass day but rallied a bit tonight. Light 20 minutes on indoor bike.2

Yesterday was not the greatest, but I did manage to meet all three standards, almost certainly due to focus derived from this cite.
Plenty of exercise, 10,525 steps, plus stretching and light dumbbell routine.
Bad day eating, with a bottle of old vine zinfandel that was special, and did manage to keep the calories under, and only chewed up half the exercise calories. Not where I planned to be, but still a deficit.
Everything logged and that was what kept me in any kind d of control.
Bad nutrition, but made the calories work.
Today was much better!
10,009 steps, active over 2 hours.
Calories well under, and nutrition excellent.
Everything logged, should be down at weigh in tomorrow morning!3 -
Not really "exercise" but walked around "Zoolights" for abut 90 minutes. Food logged and within calorie limits.
I almost went for a run. I was dressed in my running clothes, but I managed to stop myself. I'm not sure I'll make it through the week. Plus, I figure I've got to test it out eventually.2 -

Yes x 3. Been snowing here today. I don't do snowy/icy sidewalks...so exercise was indoor aerobics with YouTube videos. Even the birds have hibernated!

Finally a fairly nice day. I was able to do my walking outside. More stairs today too. So far December has been good to me unlike November but I won't go there. Although I didn't make the winners circle I did manage to lose weight. Not too challenging to stay on track this month so far. I think I have finally come to terms that it is winter so I must adjust so many things including my expectations.
I know my biggest challenge for the month is yet to come. Going Friday to the fun and sun of Cabo San Lucas. I am going to give it my best attempt at balancing being good and still really enjoy my trip. I'm really liking that I am going to be able to pack my smaller sizes. This was one of my motivations for this challenge as well as have more energy to enjoy the trip. Will be packing my suntan lotion and enjoying every minute.

I exercise indoors in the winter time. Our Chicago area/Midwestern climate is not my friend. My asthma is triggered by cold humid air. We have lots of that!!

Circumstances made finding time to exercise really hard today, but I ended up walking laps around a shopping center for 20 minutes. I confused a few people which I consider a bonus. Thank you all for inspiring me to find ways to do this!4 -
