How do you post to a discussion? Also, how can I tell if I have joined the group and if I haven’t, how do I join? I’m finding it difficult to navigate this part of my fitness pal app. Thanks for any and all help!

    Options
    You should see a " Join" button in green somewhere on the main discussions page.
    You can click on any of the topic discussions and make a post near the bottom of the discussion feed.
