So, I've recently discovered the "Soul Cycle" style spinning that they offer at the Crowfoot Hot Yoga and Spin Studio. It is such a crazy hard but super fun work out! It honestly feels like you're out clubbing/dancing except that you're on a bike :wink: You can sign up online ahead of time for classes and I was thinking it might make for a fun group outing if anyone was interested in trying to find a date/time that worked.     I'd definitely be into getting a group together to do one.

    I wouldn't want to go a lot because I do have a Goodlife Membership and they offer spin... but I'm in if anyone else wants too :)

    I enjoy spinning, just rarely go since the schedule at my gym doesn't usually dovetail with my time at the gym. Agree with Kim, it'd be fun to go with a group, Am guessing afternoons - to catch the post regular workday crowd?

    I wouldn't mind trying it out, it's pretty far from my house so if I liked it then it and continued it would probably be a bi-weekly thing for me :)

    I'll check it out, it's close to my house. I'd have to go while my son is in the dayhome or if dad is home though.

    Once school starts I'll be able to do the 9:45 classes :). Morning kindergarten.

    This totally might kill me. I tried to sign up for class tonight but it's full .. and I work two jobs for the rest of this week including Saturday. I will make it here though .. Looks like so much fun!
