    Good Morning!

    Went to bed at 8:00 last night. Tired puppy. Busy times. I think that the busy-ness distracts from the holiday spirit.

    Connie speaking to 400 convicted DUI offenders tonight. This is one of her biggest of the year, as people trying to get their court orders taken care of in the calendar year. Last call!!

    Morning. Up late this morning. Rehab on shoulder today.

    Speaking of holiday spirit-- I got my new large capacity file cabinet anchored to the wall yesterday-- can't use it unless it's anchored, the drawers come so far out. It was a beast trying to find the studs, even with a stud finder. After making multiple nail holes finally probed with a wire and got it. Now can start purging files and getting rid of other 3 cabinets. All to make room for Christmas tree.

    Steve, that's a higher calling you and your wife have. Gid bless you both.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Had a good day, yesterday. My cold felt much better; The car was finished earlier than predicted; the shuttle driver arrived only five minutes after he was called; the repair costs came in $200 below the estimate; Stopped at the post office on the way home, where the line was short and everyone was smiling, polite and friendly; took DW to a local casino and we both came away winners.... Oh, and the sun was shining.

    Sadly, DW has decreed that today will be dedicated to shopping. Not my favorite. I'd rather head out to the shop.

    Good Morning! I am glad you are feeling better Dave. Sounds like you had one of those days where it lined up for you. Heading out for tutoring in a few hours. A combination of pain meds and limited sitting is the plan. then home to recover and try and get some things done for the holidays.

    Sam, not sure what bison tastes like, but I can tell you the deer I harvest in northern VA are the sweetest tasting venison and quite tender.

    Bison is a bit sweeter than beef I think. Water bufalo too.
