@fatbambi2017 if you don't mind me asking, do you follow a Qigong DVD or go to a class? I am trying to get into it, but no classes here and I got confused by the choices on YouTube.1 -

Not in the winner's ci rcle this month, but I am still working on it.
Exercise? not recovering my legs from MOnday hike and training with my coach.
Tracked food> No...was in a rush and ran out of house...did pack a healthy lunch in my tracking framework and ate fine during the day.

Of course I don't mind!, I have just been doing the 10 minute Lee Holden one on YouTube, I find it warms me up a little bit before the yoga, i haven't looked at any others yet, as you say there is so much choice! We are so lucky nowadays, gets overwhelming !0
