    At least I went for a walk today, slowly coming back. I made it a lot farther than December, so now I’m looking to February!

    @fatbambi2017 if you don't mind me asking, do you follow a Qigong DVD or go to a class? I am trying to get into it, but no classes here and I got confused by the choices on YouTube.

    Not in the winner's ci rcle this month, but I am still working on it.
    Exercise? not recovering my legs from MOnday hike and training with my coach.
    Tracked food> No...was in a rush and ran out of house...did pack a healthy lunch in my tracking framework and ate fine during the day.

    I really gotta step up on working out again. I used to really push myself even when I didn't want to work out. I gotta develop that mindset again.

    Of course I don't mind!, I have just been doing the 10 minute Lee Holden one on YouTube, I find it warms me up a little bit before the yoga, i haven't looked at any others yet, as you say there is so much choice! We are so lucky nowadays, gets overwhelming !
