Exercised?: Yes. 60+ mins gardening and cleaning round the house (in 30+C heat).
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
At work today, but still found time for labor intensive overdue chores round the house.
Hot night and warm day today (30+C overnight 35+C most of the day). Cool change (with rain) has finally arrived and sleeping tonight should not be a problem.
Walk tomorrow.
@RangerRickL. Great photos.

Pass day #3
A great big failure of a day at that, accepting that I felt depressed today and gave in to all that entails so that I can start over tomorrow3 -
Super hike for me today!
I’m so impressed with @LoraineGB and @craigo3154!
I’ve always had very flat feet and fallen ankles so walking more than 30 minutes has always been a major challenge. Today, I did 120 minutes of mountainous desert hiking at a good 3.5 mile per hour pace. Did a 800 foot maximum single incline gain and a variety of other incline/declines. I am so happy!
Calories: way under
Tracking: good2 -
I have had a few hard days, with my husband traveling so I have all four kids to take care of alone, (not that I am complaining!.... just making excuses I guess) It’s just that by the time I get everyone bathed, teeth brushed, stories read, and tucked in for the night I haven’t had the energy to go back and post and I haven’t been logging well at all. I have been exercising, haven’t missed a day of exercise the whole month actually. But the calories and logging not too good.
Today:
Exercise: yes (Tabata and yoga)
Calories: yes
Tracked: yes
But I am definitely not in the winners circle. Will try again next month and I really appreciate being in the challenge. It’s great!
Husband is coming home Wednesday and I’m looking forward to that.2 -

@RangerRickL. 3.5 mph for 2 hours is a great pace when hiking (particularly if walking is not your thing).
It took months of work to get my daily 3.5 miles (in hills) down to around 45 mins, but I an not carrying anything and that pace is quite hard work.
Your 7 miles in 2 hours is a fantastic feat and one to be proud of. Well done.1 -

@RangerRickL I too, like @craigo3154 took a while to get up my walking. It didn’t become a daily habit until a few years ago and losing 40lbs last year helps with the joint action. I don’t have the pace of @craigo3154 but I do have distance and can I walk for miles and miles.
And I find that desert hiking just draws you in!
