Here he is demonstrating an incredible lower back stability exercise plus some rather challenging progressions. This will get your day going smoothly!

Ok I am up oh how I would love to sleep in. I have been looking at my clothes and breakfast for a while now. I will just get dressed and take a protein bar. I hope my daughter behaves today I really am not feeling like the good mom today. I feel more like one of the evil villains. Well time to move till later.2

I went for a Saturday morning stroll that turned into an 8 mile hike. I’d already done a dog walk this morning so I am chilling in the sofa.

Okay beloved team mates, most of you post lovely scenery. Here is my first back-to-Phoenix post. Last night, I flew from Chicago to Phoenix after a 2 week work-sprint in Chicago. Man, was I beat!
No tracking, so yesterday was a Pass day #2 for me.
I wanted to eat but not big nor fancy. We found this place called Two Hippies Beach House Tacos.
It was great!
