Today came dangerously close to being a pass but I pulled it off, just barely. Going to try to keep the calories a bit lower tomorrow to offset the not so great choices I made today1 -

Australia day and Fathers birthday.
Packed up and left resort unit. Lunch with my parents, then visit to sister, dinner with parents, then to beach fireworks.2 -

I am struggling to check in. I want to do it at the end of the day and then forget.
I did the dog walk and then went for a walk round a park in the north of the valley which I thought was lovely. Then my friend told em about all the scary stuff that happens there after dark. It’s amazing to me that a simple park can have polar opposite patrons from night to day, but I do live in crazy town.
I also went for orientation to do some volunteer work. Not sure it’s for me, I will have to think long and hard about it1 -
