    I'm still trying to get back to feeling 100%. Maybe I'm at 85%..
    Calories: quite a bit under.....not too hungry(that is very unusual for me)
    Exercise: puny. I just keep walking. Not my true exercise pace
    Tracking: ok

    I hate being under the weather. Gargling Cayenne may help. Hope you feel better soon!

    Usual dog walk and then I went Bird Watching, which isn’t really exercise but I did walk 2 miles and see 12 different species of bird. I think I’m a Birder… :#:po:)

    Back to lifting today, which made me so happy. Then stretching.

    Exercise ✅ yoga class at retro arcade, so fun!
    Calories ❌ shared a pitcher of mimosas after the class, went on s tour and tasting of a distillery, and ended with the best goat cheese and bacon burger. It was worth it!

    Aerial obstacle course tomorrow with daughter, her friend, my nephew and my sister. Good fun. End of course was climbing wall and a tarzan swing into cargo net.

    The course was supposed to be difficult. My daughter, her friend, my nephew and sister all found the course tiring. Found I must be a lot stronger and fitter than most as my I found this less taxing than my daily walking.

    Also had a minor fall when skating and realised in the morning that my wrist was inflamed and could not take much lateral pressure without inducing pain. So I strapped it for the course and it was OK. Only when I did things incorrectly did it remind me.
