Usual dog walk and then I went Bird Watching, which isn’t really exercise but I did walk 2 miles and see 12 different species of bird. I think I’m a Birder…2 -

Back to lifting today, which made me so happy. Then stretching.2 -
Exercise ✅ yoga class at retro arcade, so fun!
Calories ❌ shared a pitcher of mimosas after the class, went on s tour and tasting of a distillery, and ended with the best goat cheese and bacon burger. It was worth it!

Exercised?: Yes. 2 hours aerial obstacle course

Aerial obstacle course tomorrow with daughter, her friend, my nephew and my sister. Good fun. End of course was climbing wall and a tarzan swing into cargo net.
The course was supposed to be difficult. My daughter, her friend, my nephew and sister all found the course tiring. Found I must be a lot stronger and fitter than most as my I found this less taxing than my daily walking.
Also had a minor fall when skating and realised in the morning that my wrist was inflamed and could not take much lateral pressure without inducing pain. So I strapped it for the course and it was OK. Only when I did things incorrectly did it remind me.
