Dog walk only today. When we went to the park yesterday, it took two hours on very curvy and winding roads. It caused me to have motion sickness and it lasted until early evening today.2 -

@Chinkiri Thinking of you. I do understand you cleaning up this morning as I would not have been able to relax at all in a mess. I sure hope your husband makes it up to you. It might not feel like it today but you handled it very well, give yourself a pat on the back, you deserve it. Sending positive energy your way.
@RangerRickL Really hope you feel better soon. My throat and voice are affected by allergies so I know how you feel.
@craigo3154 Enjoy your holiday. When on holiday I at least try to track and I find I am much more aware of what I eat. I spend at least an hour a day working out in the pool as that is a must anyplace we stay. No pool we don't stay....lol

No! I'm out for the month. Yesterday I did not make my 20 mins of exercise. There was just too much to do in the evening that by the time I was done, I could only take a shower and go to bed. On the bright side, I did manage more than 10,000 steps again. It's a big deal to me, since my old average was 5,000-7,000 steps a day.
But I'm still going to keep going. I did track everything and I was under my calories. Like Meatloaf said, "2 outta 3 ain't bad."1 -
