Yes x 3 for yesterday
Work decided to crack down on the cell phones. They are not supposed to be on or in use . Yesterday the V.P. comes around and asks everyone can I see your phone? She gets to me I go I think it's at home. She goes can I go through your bag? I was like sure! I had 8 protein bars no phone. I did have to come home and search for it. Life was simpler when you weren't connected 24-7.5 -

Late walk before dusk after another busy work day. Expecting a hot day tomorrow so will try get out early.
Tomorrow is last work day before a week's holidays.
Looking forward to doing an aerial obstacle course (tree surfing) wth my teenage daughter on the holidays. Will also try roller skating for the first time in ages (used to compete ice skating, so should be OK there).
@BobWw2017. Good luck for the half marathon in February.
@amichelel588. Amazing the difference once you get the balance of eating and activity right. Not can you do more. You FEEL good enough to WANT to do more.
@MzRuthy. Here's to a healthier you with more energy. Keep enjoying the challenge. It can set you up for a healthy, active and more fun life.
@loopydo2017. What a wonderful way to be an example to your kids. Way to go. It's great when you have the energy to play with the kids.
@holly2e. Great when the clothes fit better. Depending on your start point, you may need to shop for new clothes as you progress. I've gone from a large to a small and none of the clothes that were comfortable this time last year fit (except socks). I've needed to get new shirts, trousers, belt, swim shorts, even underwear.
@pribud. Hope the surgery goes well. (and thank you ).
I've had to change the finger my wedding ring is on. It falls off the ring finger, so I've had to put it on the middle finger. Even after doing that I can still remove it without much persuasion on the rare occasion I need to.

Not a good day, but did just about tick the boxes:
Exercise: Yes, but only by pacing up and down Toulouse Matabiau railway station for 20 minutes !

Tracking: Yes, but had real trouble staying honest about those three G&T's ...
So happy to be home again for a week or so, even if it seems to have been invaded by my husband's friends and their food right now ...4 -
Firing on all cylinders today!, feeling so energised and good, hoping you feel the same, if not today then tomorrow!
Exercise yes, 16 minute yoga, have started the 'yoga for beginners 30 day challenge on YouTube, really enjoying it, check it out, such a sweet instructor! 45 min walk with Leslie sansone, 120 min cleaning, 55 min walk Outside, the elephant ears are beginning to flower, song thrush singing, lovely

Grateful for each new day I get to enjoy. This was just before dawn on my morning walk, an abandoned building beautiful in its own way

Yes x3. Did 30 minutes of upper body strength with cardio intervals. And a walk with the kids. I think I’m fighting a bit of a bug as my belly hasn’t been feeling well this week. It has definitely affected my appetite and made workouts less enjoyable.3
