You have so many choices in Phoenix. I used to live near Superstition Mountain and we would hike it with the dogs on a Saturday when the weather allowed (not hot!)2 -

Getting good exercise for the past couple of days.
Got 600 cals of spin yesterday.
Got 1300 feet of climb today. No more mountain. That is an icy road now.
So I got to do my neighborhood pattern 4 times to get that amount of climb.
I do that I see people coming out for exercise. Nothing wrong with that.
After that went mall walking with Buddy and his mom.
Buddy makes me happy. We go up and down on the escalator. He likes it.
We go to the blacklight glow in the dark golf arcade.
A couple of teenage boys are playing air hockey.
Buddy and I like watching them and listening to the clack, clack, clack of the puck bouncing around and across that table. Those teenage boys are happy to have spectators to their game.
I tell Buddy's mom about Buddy's week at school. She likes it.
