    It rained today. It is the first time in 117 days and caused chaos on the roads. I took a 5 mile walk over the Wetlands and all we saw was quail and ducks. I like walking in the rain, it’s exhilarating but after 5 miles I was cold and feeling damp. Reminded me of England

    My mum is in recovery and coming home tomorrow.

    Yes x3. Cut it pretty close with calories. Did a body weight cardio video, abs and upperbody. A week into regular workouts again and my muscles are slowly getting used to it.

    Yes, 1/2 hour at the track.

    For almost all the day. Then the bourbon soaked fruitcake made an appearance.

    That’s the point I stopped tracking.
