Yesterday, I was rushing to get caught up with the group and forgot to post my daily report. Here is my 2 day report while traveling:
Yesterday-
Calories: under by less than 150 kcal
Tracking; ok and oh so important to keep me from overeating
Exercise: basic walking
Today:
Calories: under my limit by more than 550 kcal

I pass day ☹️
Spent all day driving back and forth to Apple store got to hungry and ate to much. Apple store wait 4 hrs. No batteries in stock so I have to go back in a week to get new battery installed. Next time I will be prepared! Phone problems so no app for most of day.
The 15000 steps and going to gym doesn’t mean anything since I messed up on my eating. Feeling bummed but tomorrow is a new day!1 -
