Accurate Tracking of Calories in MFP

Greetings fellow Peloton Bikers. I'm trying to figure out how to best connect the Peloton with MFP. Strava seems to track 1/2 of the calories of a workout which is just not acceptable. How are people connecting the Peloton to MFP and are you getting the correct calories?

    I stopped using Strava for that reason. It was either double recording or only recording half the calories burned.
    Do you use a fitbit? I found that when I used a fitbit I was able to share the calories burned after each ride.
    I upgraded to a Garmin Fenix 5S this summer (pregnancy gift to myself). It's probably not entirely but I just use it to loosely track calories burned.

    I do it manually. it's the Cave Man in me... Use the heart monitor and use the calories that peloton gives me at the end of ride.
