Today is my 1 year Surgiversery. Total weight loss 94lbs...87 from surgery weight. I'm not as far along as i wished to be by this point. but I'm so much further than I've ever been before. I went from a size 22/24 to a 10/12 which is half the size i was on August 1, 2012. I've come a long way and I still far from done. here is to another 12 months of progress

    Thanks...i was really hoping to be down 100 lbs by the first year. But I feel great and look great.

    In one year, I hope to be where you are now.

    This is a lot of work - I knew that when I started this process. What I didn't take into account was my fear of making myself sick by doing something dumb. So I'm adding days on my food program where I probably don't need to and just being really careful.
