That's amazing, those results alone should keep you going!

I've been really slack with logging and I know it works. My goal is to really keep track in the New Year and get back in to my running in a big way. Fingers crossed!

I previously had an ‘all or nothing’ approach. Great when I had motivation but for me, motivation is like an emotion, it comes and goes. I feel like I’ve had a lightbulb moment over the past few months - consistency trumps motivation!

If we consistently log and train and the results (weight/measurements/fitness level) will follow

@smdade That’s awesome and definitely something to be proud of! Like you, in the past I’ve had an all or nothing approach and still struggle with it. My issue now is finding time (I have 2 little boys and a husband getting his MBA at night while I work full time). I was most successful when I went to a personal training gym, but I just can’t sustain that cost long term.
