...to all my SA folks, this app has really helped me so much but nothing like speaking to people that are on the same road as you...so i think the fact that we get to communicate this way on the same app is awesome...in just over a month i managed to lose over 10kg...if there are any South Africans here that are serious about their transformation, gimme a thumbs-up and lets keep each other accountable

15kg down since april last year....slowly but surely. It will go faster this year. Im going back to gym now0
