I will be posting my daily food, tips and maybe some exercise and of course pics of my pup because everyone needs some cuteness. lol I did good so far today. I am doing IF, IF is intermittent fasting. I fast from 8pm to noon. So my meals are brunch and dinner with snacks in between. It works for me when I stay with it because I only have water after 8pm, no late night snacking which is my downfall. I also am working at getting more sleep, I'm a night owl which leads to the mindless snacking. Holy cow, its just no good. So more sleep, more water, less mindless calories. I went for a walk today and it was below freezing and it was sooo cold, but I did it and may do another tonight. Surely my body is burning more calories by trying to get warm?? Hope your first day went well.
