What is your fitness focus for 2018?

My fitness focus for 2018 is to continue rehabbing my back until I’m at 100%! I want to continue going to physical therapy and introduce more stretching and body weight exercises to regain strength and flexibility. If I reach this goal sooner than later, I would love to start running again and run another marathon!5

My fitness focus for 2018 is consistency! I want to stay consistent with my diet and exercise. I have a tendency to go through periods where I am extremely dedicated but I burn myself out. This year it is about creating a sustainable, life-long healthy lifestyle.5

I’m with you, Mallory!!! When I rock it, I crush it and I feel great, but then I slip up or burn out. 2017 was an unhealthy year for me with illnesses, overuse injuries, and mental health struggles. 2018 will be a continuation of my journey to loving myself, listening to my body, treating my body with respect, and staying consistent with my workouts. Myfitness Focus for 2018 is to watch my processed sugar intake. Just because I have a high metabolism, doesn't mean I should take advantage of it ALL the time, because that sucker will slow down eventually. So I'm getting ahead of the curve and cutting down my Oreos!

My 2018 fitness focus is to continue losing excess fat weight while increasing muscle mass and endurance. I want to practice mindful eating (stop when satisfied regardless of what is left on my plate; continue logging food eaten; plan meals and snacks; and increase time spent exercising while at Anytime. PLUS forgiving myself when I back slide and getting right back on track.5

My fitness focus for 2018 is to continue pushing safely to my physical limits and balancing nutritional and enjoyable food habits. During the last two years, I have achieved, for the first time in my life, a point when I feel good about my body. I discovered that the limits of what I can do are beyond what I thought they would be. And this is amazing. The phrase of the year is: "Try and see by yourself!".4

My fitness focus for 2018 is to be more consistent with exercising and to drink more water! And I agree with Mallory, when I am on I’m on but when I’m not it way off. Need to realize that working out doesn’t always have to be this crazy 1-2 hr session. If I only have time for 30 min on the treadmill I’m going to work on getting that workout in.5

My focus goal is to become stronger by coming in 3-4 times a week1

My focus is not letting myself down. Stay on track and get to the gym M-F. I struggle with getting to the gym on my own and that struggle let's me down....also, I would love to have more gym buddies.2
