Year long-ish challenges... or make adjust and make them shorter

3,650,000 steps - Take your daily steps and minus them from the running total... It is based on a target of 10,000 steps a day for a year. The days you go over, you get a cushion for the days you go under. If your target is not 10k, then aim for that number times 365.

876,000 cals - Same idea... minus your daily calorie burn from the running total. The number is based on my target of 2,400 cals per day. Your numbers are likely different.

Shorten it up, do it by the month, see how many months you can beat your goal, maybe how many times you beat your goal for the week, a calendar that gets a gold star each day you do, etc. Whatever it takes to motivate you to do the thing.
