Hope you did well last week. I am down 2 pounds, which I am thrilled with considering we has a party on Friday night, Saturday afternoon and tonight. Thats a lots of not so healthy food.

Lost 4.2 which is mostly water weight I’m sure and it should have been better. I didn’t quite behave myself over the weekend like I should have. Happy with the loss though. On to a new week!1 -
My weight loss was not as much as I hoped for but it was down, so I will take it. I will work more this week on more exercise and better choices.1

I've been doing amazing with my water! Drinking about 4 litres a day. Trying to clean up my eating, and I'm up. I need to be active, but I also have a week until surgery, so I don't want to start a workout program yet.1 -
