I love Oreos!!!!! So I adopted the thins to lessen their caloric impact on my nutrition.
  • Great idea Mallory!! I indulge in guilty pleasures occasionally, but limit the portion and make healthy substitutions if possible!

I am with Mallory. I reserve my favorite food guilty pleasures to special occasions when I can enjoy them with absolutely no remorse.

If I consider a food a “guilty pleasure” I need to weigh/measure it when I choose to eat it. The food scale and portion control erases the “guilty”. So, I will do that more with my treats I consider my guilty pleasure foods.

I love a good latte, so instead of getting a Starbucks sugar bomb I make my own at home and use protein powder to add the sweetness!

Cereal is my go to guilty pleasure! To make this less guilty, I am trying to only indulge in my cereal loving habit once a week, only buying “healthy” brands, and just not buying it as often.
